What I’m pinning: Super Bowl potluck

Much like her parents, C is a tiny Texans fan. Since they aren’t an option, we’re rooting for the 49ers!
We’re a big football-watching family, which means the Super Bowl is always a fun event. At last year’s big game I was 3 days past my due date, so needless to say we passed on party throwing or attending. We did have my mom over for a casual potluck, however, and I spent the afternoon “lounging” on the couch while eating the spiciest food options in hopes that C would make an appearance. Needless to say, she came almost a week later! This ended up being a really fun and casual day, so we decided to keep the family Super Bowl-watching potluck tradition going this year. I will (hopefully) be much more comfortable as I watch the 49ers kick some A and catch some Puppy Bowl IX highlights.
- Roasted Garlic Parmesan Beer Dip. YES. This recipe includes way too many of my favorite things to NOT make it — cheese, garlic, beer, sriracha. Done and done.
- Sausage Crescent Rolls. Sausage, cream cheese, crescent rolls. Get in my belly! These seem like the perfect yummy bites for football watching.
- Corn Dog Muffins. This is a cute twist on your typical corn dog that is easy to make and probably pretty delish! I like how the muffin aspect of the recipe could potentially cut down on greasiness too.
- Salted Caramel Apple Hand Pies. Because you can’t have a potluck without something sweet! These are pretty easy to make, easy to eat, and salted caramel is at the top of my list of tasty desserts. Yum!
